With ridges and perforations, this premium quality crisper tray is perfect for cooking chips in the oven, and it also sits neatly inside our Lakeland Multi-Purpose Oven Tray for broiling.

Quality

Made from 1mm thick heavy-duty carbon steel with ridges and perforations to allow air to circulate for crispy results, it has a double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, is oven safe up to 240°C and, because there are no rolled edges where water can become trapped and cause damage, it can go straight in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

Performance

Offers superb heat distribution for even cooking and the large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make it a doddle to get it in and out of the oven.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
